Welcome to Secureius. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Secureius, our cybersecurity service. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Definitions

• “Service”: Refers to Secureius’s cybersecurity solution, which includes protection, prevention, and compliance services enhanced by our partnership with Bitdefender.
• “Customer”: The purchaser of Secureius services.
• “License”: The per-endpoint subscription purchased by the Customer.
• “Secureius”: Refers to our company and the services provided through our cybersecurity solutions.

License and Subscription

1. One License per Endpoint: Each license covers one endpoint, which includes both a PC/Mac and a mobile device.
2. Subscription Model: Services are billed on a monthly basis per endpoint and auto-renew unless canceled by the Customer.
3. License Activation: Within 5 business days implementation will send email instruction to download agents that are activated for specified endpoints.
4. License Limitations: Licenses are non-transferable between endpoints without prior permission from Secureius.

Payment and Billing

1. Monthly Billing: Payment is required monthly for each endpoint’s license.
2. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled by the Customer before the billing cycle ends.
3. Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made using major credit cards or other approved payment methods.
4. Failure to Pay: Late or non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

Service Description Secureius, in partnership with Bitdefender, provides comprehensive cybersecurity services tailored for Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs):

1. Prevent:
   • Advanced Anti-Exploit: Proactively blocks zero-day attacks before they can execute.
   • Antiphishing: Prevents users from falling victim to phishing attempts by blocking malicious websites.
   • Web Content Filtering: Blocks access to harmful websites and malicious content.
   • Patch Management: Keeps operating systems and applications updated with the latest security patches to prevent vulnerabilities.
2. Protect:
   • Antimalware: Detects and blocks a wide range of malware, including viruses, worms, and Trojans.
   • Firewall: Monitors and controls network traffic, preventing unauthorized access and blocking malicious network activity.
   • Network Attack Defense: Protects against network-based attacks, such as brute-force attacks, password stealers, and drive-by downloads.
   • Mobile Security: Safeguards mobile devices from malware, phishing, and other threats.
3. Provide:
   • Incident Response: Automatically detects and responds to security threats, minimizing the impact of incidents.
   • Ransomware Mitigation: Detects and blocks ransomware attacks, and recovers encrypted files from backups.
   • Full Disk Encryption: Encrypts sensitive data on endpoints to protect it from unauthorized access.
   • Data Security: Provides a range of features to protect sensitive data, including data encryption and access controls.
   • Curated Reports for Compliance: Provides detailed reports on security status, enabling organizations to meet vendor due diligence requirements.

Acceptable Use

1. Lawful Use Only: Customers agree to use the service solely for lawful purposes.
2. Prohibited Activities: Reverse engineering, hacking, or attempting to bypass security features is strictly prohibited.

Privacy and Data Use

1. Data Protection: Secureius is committed to safeguarding your data in compliance with applicable privacy standards.
2. Third-Party Data Policy: Bitdefender’s Privacy Policy applies to third-party data protection. Customers are encouraged to review Bitdefender’s Privacy Policy for more information.

Support

1. Customer Support: For assistance, please contact support@secureius.com.

Service Availability and Updates

1. Service Uptime: Secureius aims to provide continuous access but does not guarantee 100% uptime.
2. Modifications: Secureius reserves the right to modify features. Notice will be provided for significant updates.
3. Automatic Updates: Periodic software updates are deployed to ensure optimal protection.

Cancellation and Termination

1. Customer Cancellation: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via the account dashboard or by contacting Secureius support. Cancellation will take effect at the next billing cycle. No prorations are provided for partial months.
2. Termination by Secureius: Secureius may terminate access to services for violations of these Terms or due to non-payment.

Limitation of Liability

1. No Warranty: Secureius is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
2. Liability Cap: Secureius’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Customer over the past 12 months.

Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

Amendments Secureius reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting, and continued use of the service implies acceptance.
